Terms & Liability Waiver

1. Rental agreement

By booking a bin rental with YEG Boss Bins ("we", "us"), you ("Customer") agree to these terms. The rental period begins on delivery and ends on pickup unless extended in writing.

2. Customer responsibilities

• Provide safe, accessible delivery and pickup locations
• Do not exceed included weight limits or load prohibited materials
• Keep the bin on your property unless otherwise agreed
• Notify us immediately of any damage to the bin or surrounding property
• Ensure the bin is not overloaded above the fill line

3. Liability waiver

Customer assumes all risk for damage to driveways, lawns, sidewalks, underground utilities, and other property arising from bin placement, loading, or pickup. YEG Boss Bins is not liable for damage caused by Customer misuse, overloading, or placement in unsuitable locations. Customer agrees to indemnify YEG Boss Bins against claims arising from Customer's use of the bin.

4. Payment & cancellation

Full payment is required at booking. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled delivery may be charged in full. Extra days are $15.00 and extra weight is $99.00 per ton above the included weight stated at booking. Those charges may be billed to your saved payment method. Changing our current rates does not change the rates on a booking already made.

5. Prohibited materials

See our prohibited items list. Disposal of prohibited materials may result in contamination fees starting at $250.00 plus disposal costs, and legal action.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta.
